Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a child support case management team and manage complex child support cases
• Train and orient Specialists on procedures to ensure compliance with child support orders
• Provide court testimony and conduct compliance reviews across district offices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current employment with the Virginia State Department of Social Services
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply child support enforcement laws and regulations
• Experience in case management and organizing client documentation
• Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents
• Experience in the collection of past due accounts
