Job Summary

Leading technical aspects of public sector capture efforts, the full-time Virginia Licensed Technical Program Manager will manage multi-disciplinary projects, oversee technical responses for proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or in-office in Reston, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical response for Request for Proposals (RFP), validating all technical requirements
• Design integrated architectures using Google Cloud products to fulfill complex client needs
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to build and document comprehensive technical designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in technology consulting or similar roles within the federal government space
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience with the Shipley Capture Process
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
