Job Summary

Leading all technical aspects of long-term public sector capture efforts, the full-time Virginia Licensed Technical Program Manager will manage project requirements, design integrated architectures, and coordinate cross-functional teams while working remotely or in-office in Reston, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical response for Request for Proposals (RFP), validating all technical requirements
• Design integrated architectures using Google Cloud products to meet complex client needs
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure comprehensive technical designs and architectural diagrams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in technology consulting or similar in the federal government space
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience with the Shipley Capture Process
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
