Job Summary
To provide high-quality virtual neurology care focused on memory disorders and dementia-related conditions, the full-time Virginia Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct patient visits, evaluate neurological conditions, and collaborate with care teams while working remotely from Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans
Required qualifications
- Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in Virginia
- Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
- Prior telehealth experience is required
- Experience providing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients on these medications
- Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
