Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, with new graduates welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to develop and modify individualized treatment plans for patients
• Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct evaluations for various psych services
• Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and provide education on opioid use disorder and treatment options

Required Qualifications and Training

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and/or New Jersey
• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
• Comfortable in a remote telehealth environment
• Ability to manage a large panel of patients independently
• Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for opioid use disorder
