Virginia Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the part-time or full-time Virginia Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care remotely while enjoying scheduling flexibility and support from a dedicated clinical community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients while collaborating with a supportive team focused on neurodiversity-affirming practices
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver care and maintain client relationships

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Virginia
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
