Virginia Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Virginia Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults remotely, focusing on delivering client-centered care while managing flexible scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate personal needs while building a caseload of clients
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community and participate in peer consultations and case conferences

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
