Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Hospitalist Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Work clinical shifts and manage patient care complexities remotely
Engage in telemedicine cases and admissions to ensure continuity of care
Develop the virtual team of Telehospitalists and oversee hiring and onboarding

Required Qualifications:

MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum of 5 years of hospitalist experience and 3 years of leadership experience
Experience in building telemedicine workflows and team protocols
Understanding of implementing telemedicine programs
Demonstrated resilience and a driven mindset
