Job Summary

Seeking a Virginia Licensed Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) for a part-time to full-time remote position, where the therapist will provide virtual therapy sessions, complete assessments and treatment plans, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on innovative mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and services for clients

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, with eligibility for insurance credentialing
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Flexibility and commitment to grow a caseload over time
• High-speed internet access and a HIPAA-compliant space for sessions
• Comfortable working remotely and utilizing telehealth platforms
