Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, benefiting from minimal administrative tasks and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health concerns
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clinical autonomy
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and access operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced outpatient environment
