Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist Manager in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychosocial treatments and behavioral interventions remotely to Medicaid patients
• Provide outreach to individuals on Medicaid who may benefit from behavioral health care
• Supervise and lead other therapists while collaborating with community partners for comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations
• 3+ years post-Master's-degree experience in delivering evidence-based psychosocial treatments
• 2+ years in a clinical supervisory role
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent licensure
• Must reside in Virginia with an active license in good standing
