Job Summary
A company is looking for a Therapist Manager in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychosocial treatments and behavioral interventions remotely to Medicaid patients
- Provide outreach to individuals on Medicaid who may benefit from behavioral health care
- Supervise and lead other therapists while collaborating with community partners for comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations
- 3+ years post-Master's-degree experience in delivering evidence-based psychosocial treatments
- 2+ years in a clinical supervisory role
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent licensure
- Must reside in Virginia with an active license in good standing
