Virginia Licensed Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to enhance and support professional and personal growth through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual classroom and transition training for new employees
• Implement learning pathways in collaboration with department managers to expedite new hire productivity
• Deliver ongoing training and maintain updated training skills in response to system changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing professionals
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly for at least 2 years
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe; experience with Canva is a plus
• Knowledge of the Virginia Medicaid Waiver program is a plus
