Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual classroom and transition training for new employees
• Partner with department managers to implement learning pathways and provide ongoing training
• Deliver innovative training programs utilizing various techniques to engage adult learners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing professionals
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
• Ability to train with energy and enthusiasm while engaging adult learners
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe; Canva experience is a plus
