Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to empower team members through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual classroom and transition training for new employees
• Implement learning pathways in partnership with department managers to enhance productivity
• Deliver ongoing training and provide weekly reports on training performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing professionals
• Ability to quickly learn business practices, policies, and procedures
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly is preferred
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe; Canva experience is a plus
