Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual classroom and field training for new employees
• Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance team skills
• Provide regular performance reports and maintain updated training materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe; experience with Canva is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
• Knowledge of the Virginia Medicaid Waiver program is a plus
