Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to enhance and support professional and personal growth through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual classroom and transition training for new employees
• Develop and implement learning pathways in partnership with department managers
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members as systems change

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing professionals
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
• Ability to engage adult learners using various delivery techniques
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
• Knowledge of the Virginia Medicaid Waiver program is a plus
