Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to address care concerns
• Document care plans and outcomes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
• Educate patients, families, and care providers on care aspects and maintain data accuracy for reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• On-call requirement every 10th weekend for remote patient triage
