A company is looking for a Transplant Coordinator - Inpatient Heart.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to address care concerns
• Document patient care plans and delegate activities related to assigned patients
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care aspects and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Three years of RN experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Preferred experience in critical care/med-surg, transplant, or heart
