Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patient phone calls and document information accurately in patient charts
• Provide patient assessment, symptom management, and education regarding drug therapies
• Consult with physicians on dose modifications and act as a resource for clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, preferably in oncology
• Current or pending oncology certification preferred
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing required
• Current CPR certification required
