Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Triage Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities and direction of the clinical nurse advice line staff
• Manage staff adherence to workflows, protocols, and documentation expectations
• Monitor productivity, facilitate team meetings, and assist with triage calls as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3-5 years of team lead experience in nurse triage, preferably managing remote teams
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Positive and inspiring team leadership style to drive outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
