Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trial Attorney (Remote - Northern Virginia).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Virginia
• Experience in insurance defense litigation
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
