Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trial Attorney to manage insurance defense litigation and provide legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Virginia
• Experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
