Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain profitable property, casualty, and workers compensation accounts through sound underwriting principles
• Oversee a team of underwriters and associate underwriters to promote sales of various P&C products
• Ensure compliance with company policy while managing underwriting operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field
• Minimum six years of commercial, multi-line P&C marketing and underwriting experience
• At least two years of prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Hands-on underwriting technical experience
• Excellent knowledge of the independent agency system
