Job Summary
To support a growing practice in women's mental health, the part-time Virginia Licensed Women's Therapist will provide compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys, participating in clinical consultations, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care through teletherapy, focusing on women's reproductive mental health
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultations and monthly team meetings
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans while contributing to company-wide initiatives
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women's mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model with a passion for women's mental health
