Job Summary

A company is looking for an LPC Resident in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms, meeting weekly billable hour requirements
• Complete initial client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate electronic records of client progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC Resident in Virginia
• At least one year of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Familiarity with outpatient services and knowledge of mental health disorders and crisis intervention
• Experience working with a diverse clientele
• Preferred certifications or additional licenses such as DBT, CCTP, or Military and Trauma Certification
