Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scribe to assist healthcare providers by documenting patient information.

Key Responsibilities

• Scribe in real-time while accompanying the physician, documenting patient information into the EMR
• Input orders as directed by the provider, including laboratory tests and medications
• Handle patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and communicate schedule changes to the client services team

Required Qualifications

• Consistent availability for work
• Typing test score of 60+ words per minute
• Must reside in the state of Virginia
• Paid training provided
• Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology is preferred
