Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Central Referrals - Physician Services - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to various staff, ensuring quality and efficient services
• Manage the referral process by communicating with referral sources and ensuring timely processing of referrals
• Maintain databases and files, ensuring confidentiality and effective communication with the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education or 4 years of experience required
• Experience in a healthcare practice setting preferred
• Virginia MLTSS (UAI) Certification required and must be maintained throughout employment
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills required
