Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher may substitute for experience
• 3 years of customer service experience required
• 1 year of experience with health insurance plans, medical records data, or scheduling required
• Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
• 1 year of cardiology experience preferred
