Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Program Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of the NextGen FIRST federal demonstration grant and other divisional initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports for funding agencies, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience with employment services programs
• Proficiency in managing grant-funded projects and ensuring compliance with funding requirements
• Knowledge of Child Support Enforcement program services
• Experience working with justice-involved populations
• Grant management certification or relevant policy development and program management experience preferred
