Virginia Revenue Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on patient bills and claims using the Artiva workflow management system to recover revenue
• Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid claims and determine next steps
• Ensure timely filing guidelines are met and escalate complex accounts to management as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with government, military, and third-party VA contracted payers
• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• Adherence to HIPAA requirements
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding preferred
