Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virginia State Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance using data and metrics to identify trends and improve practices
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on state-specific issues and provide title guidance across departments
• Oversee team hiring, training, and development while ensuring compliance and effective pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the title industry and/or leadership
• Familiarity with all areas of the title process from start to finish
• Experience with Qualia preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new programs
