Job Summary
Engaging with families to ensure financial and family support, the full-time salaried Virginia Support Enforcement Specialist will manage child support cases, locate non-custodial parents, and ensure compliance with support orders while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with parents to facilitate child support payment compliance
- Locate non-custodial parents and collaborate with state and country child support agencies
- Provide testimony in court and connect parents with resources to support their involvement in their children's lives
Required qualifications
- Experience in case management and handling sensitive information
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and automated information systems
- Experience in gathering and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
- Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
