Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a child support case management team, managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with child support obligations
• Train and support team members in procedures related to case management and compliance
• Provide court testimony and conduct compliance reviews as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current employment with the Virginia State Department of Social Services
• Experience in case management and financial transaction processing
• Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents
• Experience in child support enforcement and collection of past due accounts
• Ability to interpret and apply child support enforcement laws and policies
