Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned child support cases, including locating non-custodial parents and establishing paternity
• Ensure compliance with child and medical support orders through administrative and judicial enforcement actions
• Provide resources and support to parents to facilitate their involvement in their children's lives

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a caseload setting
• Experience in gathering and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
• Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
• Experience in child support enforcement and collection of past due accounts
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and automated information systems
