Job Summary
Managing a substantial caseload, the full-time salaried Virginia Support Enforcement Specialist Senior will engage families in child support cases, locate non-custodial parents, establish paternity, and ensure compliance with support orders while providing court testimony as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Engage families and manage child support cases to ensure financial and family support
- Locate non-custodial parents and establish paternity while assessing child support obligations
- Ensure compliance with child and medical support orders through administrative and judicial actions
Required qualifications
- Experience interpreting and applying child support enforcement laws and policies
- Proven ability to provide guidance and promote teamwork in a service setting
- Experience in case management and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
- Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
- Experience in child support enforcement and collection of past due accounts
