Job Summary

Managing a substantial caseload, the full-time salaried Virginia Support Enforcement Specialist Senior will engage families in child support cases, locate non-custodial parents, establish paternity, and ensure compliance with support orders while providing court testimony as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage families and manage child support cases to ensure financial and family support
  • Locate non-custodial parents and establish paternity while assessing child support obligations
  • Ensure compliance with child and medical support orders through administrative and judicial actions
Required qualifications
  • Experience interpreting and applying child support enforcement laws and policies
  • Proven ability to provide guidance and promote teamwork in a service setting
  • Experience in case management and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
  • Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
  • Experience in child support enforcement and collection of past due accounts
