Job Summary

An education services company has an open position for a Virtual Academic Coach.

Must be able to:

  • Take inbound calls from students regarding help requests
  • Research students' files; ensure a personable and professional approach
  • Identify problems and help students solve their difficulties efficiently

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with US customers in education/teaching/tutoring
  • Proficient computer, email and MS Office skills
  • Ability to handle difficult and/or irate customers
  • Customer service/call center experience
