Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Account Manager to support business continuity and maintain customer relationships in open territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support existing accounts, ensuring continuity of service and product utilization
  • Provide training on product fittings, software, and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on business needs and document customer interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or AuD preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hearing-instrument technology and clinical practices
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
