Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Account Manager to support business continuity and maintain customer relationships in open territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support existing accounts, ensuring continuity of service and product utilization
- Provide training on product fittings, software, and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business needs and document customer interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or AuD preferred
- Strong knowledge of hearing-instrument technology and clinical practices
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
