Job Summary

A virtual accounting and bookkeeping company is filling a position for a Virtual Accountant in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing payroll and month-end closing services
• Performing other accounting related functions as requested by client
• Prioritizing and managing client needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Experience providing A/R, A/P and payroll functions
• Heavy client contact and follow-up required
• Certification of QuickBooks and/or QBO
• Bill.com certified (or willing to get certified)

• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
