A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services has an open position for a Virtual Accounting Bookkeeper in Boca Raton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
- Demonstrating thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Completing virtual training with guidance from the manager
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks
- Capacity and commitment to work 20-30 hours a week
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
- Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures
