Job Summary
A bookkeeping and human resources services company is in need of a Virtual Accounting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide full cycle accounting and operational service to multiple clients in a variety of industries
- Lead a team providing a range of customized services to multiple clients
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of progressive accounting and finance
- 4 years of hands-on management experience including hiring, training, and developing a highly engaged service-oriented team
- Proven ability to attract, build, and retain a high-performance team
- A dedicated office space that has a reliable, high-speed internet connection
