Job Summary
A bookkeeping company is in need of a Virtual Accounting Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Financial Associates
- Balancing workflow by aligning client’s needs with Financial Associate expertise and capacity
- Reviewing Financial Associates work to ensure the highest quality service to our clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Account management experience
- Strong computer and technical skills
