An operational support company is seeking a Virtual Accounting Services Manager in Boise.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching and mentoring a team of Financial Associates working remotely in a cloud-based environment
• Building trusted advisor relationships with client executives
• Providing exceptional accounting and operational support to the company's clients

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
• 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Superior relationship-building skills and account management experience
• Excellent project management skills
• A thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
• Strong computer and technical skills, including QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and multiple applications
