Job Summary

A nonprofit company has an open position for a Virtual Addiction Counselor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide substance use disorder treatment services to patients
  • Provide clinical coaching, as assigned, to students and interns
  • Provide clinical services in coordination with the treatment team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Represent the company's services to various audiences
  • Practicing for at least 5 years post graduation
  • Minimum 2 years freedom from chemical use problems
  • Master's Degree
  • Completed certificate/degree program in addiction counseling or equivalent
  • Passed the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) AADC or ADC exam
