Job Summary

Successful print and digital publishing and marketing company seeking admin for email/newsletter, social media and website support.

Responsibilities at this time will include:
--Produce e-newsletter drafts by adding new articles, text and photos, to existing Mailchimp (and a similar system called Campaigner) templates. Will be using Mailchimp visual editor, but should have the ability to understand very basic HTML to edit the template in cases where visual editor does not produce the desired result
--Posting on 3 magazine websites using content management system (CMS) Rivista (a magazine-specific CMS)
--Posting articles and also "Best of" lists which often feature HTML tables so a little more involved but nearly always able to copy an exiting page an update from a template. Again some basic HTML knowledge helpful.
--Posting blogs on client websites, which are WordPress or Drupal. Similar skill set needed as above.
--Posting on our own and client Facebook pages (usually a week's worth of posts scheduled once a week)
--Updating files and pages on our intranet (Wordpress)

Ideal candidate:
--Attention to detail (so errors do not occur often on posting)
--Able to stick to schedule and meet weekly deadlines
--Has basic knowledge of HTML to debug simple issues with pages/posts
--Has some exposure to basic CMS-driven websites like Wordpress

Additional details:
--Training videos ("screencasts") will be provided for most of the work
--10-20 hours/week
