Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing employer's email, the company email and his calendar
- Scheduling jobs, creating and managing his to-do list
- Invoicing and billing clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (we use Jobber)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Tech-savvy and can pick up software quickly
- Exceptional communication skills
- Effective time and task management skills
- Outstanding client and customer service skills
