Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Virtual Administrative Support Assistant in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls, book travel accommodations, and schedule meetings
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets, keep online records, and create presentations as assigned
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent solid organizational skills
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
