Job Summary
A marketing and advertising company has an open position for a Virtual Advertising Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a problem solver and developer for your team through strategy vs tactics
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executive/Sales Consultants and all sales activities for SMB tier clients
- Provide regular reporting to Senior Management on prospecting, pipeline and forecast
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Ability to manage a virtual sales team
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven experience and expertise as an Entrepreneurial Sales Leader with the will to win
- Strong people leadership skills - including coaching and mentoring to develop people
