Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Virtual Advisor Support Specialist in Birmingham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide ticketing support for Sabre and Worldspan users
- Provide Compleat support for Sabre and Worldspan users
- Support advisors with recurring training/informational webinars
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of GDS reservation experience with a full service agency
- Excellent working knowledge of Sabre and Worldspan ticketing and exchanges
- International booking and ticketing experience
- Familiarity and understanding of the transactional fulfillment process
- Demonstrate consultative approach to assist frontline advisors
- Working knowledge of industry and agency accounting
