Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Advisory Solutions Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing subject-matter expertise in program development and solution packaging
  • Supporting sales with subject matter expertise, content and materials
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams of subject matter experts to craft and deliver strategic consulting offerings

Qualifications Include:

  • BS/BA degree in business, industrial engineering, nursing or a health- related field required
  • 6 to 12 years operations performance improvement experience with either a consulting firm
  • Project Management experience including creating work plans, budgets, managing budget to actual, and goal setting/benchmarks
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook
