Job Summary

A corporate travel management solutions provider is seeking a Virtual After Hours Travel Counselor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to most of our Corporate Business accounts during nights and weekends
• Act as the point of sale on all Domestic & International travel requirements

Position Requirements Include:

• Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for car, air, hotel travel
• Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured
• Strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
